Refund & Return

Please choose your items carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Returns and exchanges are subject to product availability. If applicable, we may offer an exchange for the same item (same style, model, etc.).

If you receive a delivery confirmation email but have not actually received the package, please contact us via email within 2 days. We will promptly track and investigate your package. If this timeframe is exceeded, we are not obligated to assist with the inquiry.

Returns and exchanges will only be processed if the product does not meet consumer protection standards. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately (within 3 days) and contact us. Please take photos of the issue on the outside of the box as evidence. Our team will assess whether the item qualifies for a return or exchange. Send all relevant information to hello@anini.com.au, and include your order number in the subject line.

 

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as pillows, personal hygiene products, and beauty products).
