Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully read the following policies to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@anini.com.au.
- A 2% cancellation fee will be applied for orders that have been paid but are later canceled.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy for further assistance.
Returns and Refunds
- Change of Mind: We accept return requests within 14 days of purchase. A 2% restocking fee will be charged for change-of-mind returns.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality seriously. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the item immediately upon receipt.
- Report the issue within 3 days by emailing hello@anini.com.au with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the problem (including the external packaging)
- Our team will assess your case and determine if it qualifies for a replacement, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If eligible, we may offer an exchange for the same item (same style, model, etc.).
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable goods: such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products: such as special orders or personalized items
- Personal care items: such as pillows, hygiene products, or beauty products
- Hazardous materials: such as flammable liquids or gases

Delivery Issues
- If you receive a delivery confirmation email but have not received your package, please contact us within 2 days.
- We will promptly investigate your case. If the issue is reported outside this timeframe, we may not be able to assist further.
