Refund & Return

 Please make your selections carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns and exchanges are subject to availability, and we may offer an exchange for an identical item (same style, model, etc.) if applicable.

Returns and exchanges will only be facilitated for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately (within 3 days) and contact us. Provide photographic evidence of the issue by taking a photo outside the box. Our team will assess the item's eligibility for return or exchange.
