Order & Shipping

Order Processing:

  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Delivery time is 3 to 6 days*, but unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or human-made disruptions) may cause delays.
  • Pre-orders: Orders containing "pre-order" items will be held and processed once the pre-order items arrive.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • Items will be shipped as parcels from Sydney, New South Wales, with services provided Monday to Friday.
  • All domestic orders within Australia will be delivered via Sendle, Courier Please, or Australia Post.

Storewide Free Shipping Policy:

  • Enjoy free shipping across Australia on orders over $150 (excluding Hugsie Maternity Side Sleep Pillows and Rural Area).
  • For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the address you provide.
  • The Hugsie Maternity Side Sleep Pillow series is not included in the free shipping policy. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated based on the address you provide and charged accordingly.

 

Self Pickup:

When you choose self-pickup, Anini customer service will proactively contact you via email or SMS to schedule a pickup time.

 

Remote Area Shipping Calculation:

  • We calculate shipping costs for remote areas based on the postcode. Shipping quotes will be provided via email within 1-2 business days. Please refer to this page to check if you are in a remote area.
  • *For remote areas, delivery times may extend up to 14 days.

 

Additional Shipping Policies:

  • Parcel Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on our website or the carrier's website.
  • Delivery Insurance: All parcels come with basic shipping insurance. Additional insurance can be selected at checkout.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team before your order is processed.
  • Delivery Signature: To ensure your parcel is safely delivered, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the carrier may leave the parcel at a nearby collection point and notify you of the pickup details.
  • Please ensure the provided address is complete and accurate: This can affect processing and delivery times. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at purchase. In such cases, return fees and second delivery fees will be charged.
  • Due to the nature of the products, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Delivery Claims:

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in working with the courier service to locate the parcel. However, if the courier concludes that the order was delivered, Le Pureal Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the parcel.

 

Right to Withhold Shipment:

  • When you place an order with Le Pureal Pty Ltd, we reserve the right to cancel your order and withhold shipment. This may be due to (but is not limited to) suspected fraud or unavailability of the product. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

 

Excessive or Irregular Returns:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge additional fees if:
    • Excessive or irregular returns are made, including items that are unboxed, used, damaged, or missing.
    • Participation in potential fraud or criminal activities is detected.
